7 Fruit Firmers (from one of my faves, NewBeauty.com)

Protect and improve your skin from within by making sure you're getting plenty of these 7 fruits, which actually firm skin and increase collagen production. 

Papaya: High in anti-aging vitamin A and the enzyme papain, which is derived from papaya and contains very powerful exfoliating and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also high in antioxidants like carotene and is a great exfoliator. 

Watermelon: Extracts from watermelons of all colors, including pink, white, orange and green varieties, protect skin cells against UV light and free radicals. The summery fruit also encourages new collagen production.

Strawberries, oranges and pineapple: Vitamin C also helps your body produce collagen so eating fruit that is high in vitamin C, like strawberries, oranges and pineapple will help your skin look youthful. Additionally, vitamin C defends your skin against damaging free radicals. 

Blueberries: The anthocyanins in blueberries, which is what gives them their vibrant hue, protect against free radicals too, which prevents damage to collagen. Bluberries are also chock full of phytonutrients, a plant compound that may help ward off skin cancer. Apples: An apple a day also keeps the wrinkles away. Apples are high in fiber and antioxidants, both of which help improve skin elasticity. Apples are also high in Malic Acid, which helps brighten skin (and teeth).
