Well luckily, we’ve found a quick and painless method to get you on your way to health harmony: it’s the smoothie bowl. Yes, the ubiquitous too-pretty-to-eat meals that seem embarrassingly simple to make, yet you never do. Now, you’ve got no excuse, cause’ we’ve got a list that’s gonna fix you right up!

1. Acai Berry

A double dose of detoxifying Acai and berry blend to boot, also a good way for you to get your greens in (there’s some hidden spinach in there, believe it or not).

2. Coconut, Banana, and Oat
